Good for You

Well, good for you

This book is a gift of love from me to you.

It is about nurturing your inner child, the inner self that is a great source of strength and knowledge. May you receive all the joy I have gotten writing it.

“If one offered for love

all the wealth of his house,

it would be scorned.”

Song of Solomon 8:7

Food for Thought

What If?

What if the only way you could help someone else was to help yourself first? What if by healing ourselves we set an example for others? What a better complement then to be imitated.

Through out this book are some of the life lessons I have learned along the way. I have put them here in hopes that you may find the helpful. I call them Food for Thought. Food for thought are tidbits of information that may or may not fit for you. Take some time to mull over the idea. If the idea is useful to you great if it isn’t store it away in the archives of your mind for later use. You never know an aha can occur at any time. We all to often take new information as an attack upon what me have come to believe or worse on ourselves. Our first response is to start defending that belief and so completely missing the true meaning of the message. I have incorporated many the new ideas I have learned over the years into this book. So you can read them and ask yourself. What If?
